Mallaiah demanded that the government announce the rules immediately. He assured that the TRS government had cheated the Dalits by not giving them ministerial posts in the cabinet of a double bedroom house and 3 acres of agricultural land after coming to power and that the people would make fun of the Congress party by telling the TRS party the right mindset in the forthcoming assembly elections. He said the Congress party membership in Nakirekal constituency was higher than all other districts in the state and urged every activist to actively participate in the membership drive. Mallaiah questioned whether it was applicable to Bhuvanagiri MP Komatireddy Venkat Reddy to say that he had lost as an MLA in Nalgonda and won the Bhuvanagiri Assembly elections and that the locals would declare him as a candidate for the Assembly in the forthcoming Assembly elections.
