There will be no shortage of wet waste in the gas plant set up by the Indian Oil Corporation in Omaxe Green Valley Society. Wet waste will be given here from Green Valley and about 10 surrounding societies. This waste will be more than 5 tons.

In this regard, Additional Chief Executive Officer of Faridabad Metropolitan Development Authority Dr. Garima Mittal, Chief Engineer ND Vashisht and non-official member of the Authority, Sanjay Arora inspected the plant on Monday. Also held a meeting with local RWA head Satish Gupta and other office bearers. Dr. Garima Mittal urged the RWAs to segregate the dry and wet waste of the surrounding society including their own society. The wet waste will go to the biomethane gas production plant. He said that discussions were also held on drinking water supply in Green Valley. At present it is with the Drinking Water Supply Authority.
