Close on the heels of AAP’s Yuvrajsinh Jadeja bringing to fore Gujarat government’s irregularities and paper leak scams in jobs exams, the Congress has decided to hold a Yuva Sammelan in Gandhinagar on March 28. It aims to highlight the need to prevent paper leaks in government jobs and bring transparency in the process, said party’s working president Hardik Patel, and Jignesh Mewani who recently joined the party, at a press conference on Wednesday.
Patel said the BJP government is playing with the career of lakhs of youths of Gujarat and has failed to provide them jobs. There have been 5 lakh vacancies in government’s departments for a long time. Government doesn’t have any plan of employment for these youth, he said. Youth from across Gujarat will join the sammelan in Gandhinagar, he said.
